Do you have minimum booking requirements?
We have a 4 service booking minimum for Friday through Sunday weddings.
Do you travel to me?
Yes we do travel to your location. We are centrally located in the Greater Coachella Valley for all special occasions and film/tv shoots.
How do I prepare my hair?
Please have your hair freshly washed, without conditioner if hair does not hold a curl easily and to be dry upon our arrival. Blow-outs are available and will require more time, hair will need to be damp. Hair is first then makeup is second for fresh application.
Do you provide hair extensions or hair accessories?
We currently don’t carry faux hair but we do install clip-in extensions that you are welcome to bring to your appointment. We are not liable for any damage to hair extensions that are not meant for heat styling.
How do I prep my skin?
Have a freshly washed face and no makeup prior to your service. You are encouraged to use a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and serum to be better prepared, in that order. We also support skin treatments like facials done in a timely manner to plan for skin recovery for a smooth face for your day. Waxing is highly encouraged but not required and also to be done in a timely manner to let your skin recover.
How long do your services take?
Depending on your hair length and desired design your service may be up to 2 hours for hair. We add hair accessories (not provided) and veil and/or flower placement as well. Hair extensions are highly encouraged. You are more than welcome to purchase and we can install clip-in extensions ($25 fee).
Each makeup service is up to 1-1.5 hours for complex designs (glitter cut crease) and to provide the desired outcome.
We highly encourage Trial appointments for all occasions. It helps cut down time on your day of event.
What kind of products do you use?
We use brands such as NYX Cosmetics, Milani, Morphe, Tarte, Urban Decay, Anastasia, Makeup Revolution, KISS lashes, Ioni, Eyelure, Neutrogena, Cetaphil. e.l.f., Smashbox, amongst others.
What is a Trial run?
A trial is our first in-person appointment. We cover your services, answer all questions, document your needs and timeline, and we create a plan. Without one we have to cover most or all of those items leading up to your day of appointment. We are here to reduce stress and create a smooth day for you.
How many people can you accommodate?
Any size! We specialize in large weddings & private events. We have a network of local trusted and professionals in makeup and hair that provide services along our side as independent vendors. Ask us anytime and for how many. We have serviced 14 people to have both makeup and hair styling.
